About Your Grab Handles
- Material: PETG, 3D printed at 75% infill for superior rigidity and strength
- Finish: Textured surface for enhanced grip — can be sanded like wood if a smoother finish or corner break is desired
- Fit: Sold fresh off the printer and precision-made for your specific UTV model
Before You Begin: Dry Fit Check
Note: Dry fit all provided hardware before installing handles to ensure proper fit.
- Remove the factory headliner bolts.
- Thread the provided stainless steel bolts by hand to confirm they engage easily.
- If the bolts do not thread easily by hand, stop immediately. This is a red flag. Do not proceed until you understand why the bolts are not threading — forcing them with a wrench can damage the UTV’s factory female threads.
- If the bolts thread easily by hand, you are clear to proceed with installation.
Installation Steps
- Locate the mounting points on the left and right sides of your UTV.
- Position the grab handle over the mounting points.
- Insert the provided hardware and hand-tighten to align.
- Torque fasteners to spec — do not overtighten.
- Confirm handles are secure before use.
